Welcome

Water Temperature

March 7 A few whales in the area. Local and at the island 64 F. Deeper was warmer. Vis 20-40. Lots of little jelly's at the surface.

Feb 28 Water down to 64 F in Lalos Cove. Vis 20 ft. There is a lot of muddy water around in the bay. Pick your dive site smart.

Feb 13 No jelly-stingers today. 68-70 F and vis 25 ft.

Feb 6 Sill 68-70 F. We had some nasty jelly-stingers in the water. Did not see the jelly itself. Vis 20 ft.

Jan 28 south wind blew in warmer water. Lalos Cove 68-70 F. Vis about 25 ft. Saw Sea Horse at 12 ft.

Jan 17 Still 66 and 64. Vis 30 ft.

Jan 7 Still 66 and 64 F at 100 ft. Vis 40-50 ft. Spotted 3 whales west from the Island.

Dec 29 San Pedro Island. 66 F and 45 ft vis. Sea lion pups are big enough to go play without mom. This is a good time to go make some new friends. Great photo opportunities.

Dec 28 Nice surprice, water back up to 66 F on local dives. Good vis  25 feet.

Dec 23 Beautifull days to be out on the water. 63 -65 F. Great to do some clamming.

Dec 20 Oeps! Down to 64 F.

Dec 17 A perfect day at Lalos Cove. A big school (200+) of nice Lisa right of the beach with some needlenose, Baracuda and Jack mixed in. There are white caps farther out, but the bay is flat. Vis 30 ft and a whopping 73F. Lots of early Christmas presents.

Dec 6 Lets add jumping Manta Rays for a perfect day. 71 F and 20 ft vis along the coast.

Nov 28 ORCA'S ARE BACK Dolphins on the way to San Pedro, 72 and 73 F. Vis not so good 15-20 ft. Good enough for a good sea lion dive. Orca's on the way home. At least 2 big males, 5 females and 3 babies.
